When it comes to the ATO and trip classification, accuracy matters, we use ignition and movement to determine individual vehicle trips that require classification. This means that if you haven't had your coffee and forget to classify a trip, no worries, because the engine has started and movement detected, the trip is there ready to be classified.

Our customers with 'Tool of Trade' vehicles use the privacy trip feature to provide privacy where needed. This 'Pre Trip' classification ensures that the vehicle trip privacy is completely in line with the customer's policy.

Being reminded a little too much can be a bit of a pain. With Rand Platform logbooks you can choose the frequency of reminders for unclassified trips. Fleetsu will automatically notify drivers when they have a trip that hasn’t been classified at the frequency that is right for them.
